Since October 2006, Mr.Sandeep has been the driving force behind Yash Exports, where he has played an integral role in establishing the company as a prominent manufacturer of Desk Fans, Stand Fans, Wall Fans.Under his leadership, Yash Exports has expanded its manufacturing capacity to 3 million fans annually.

Mr.Sandeep's impact goes beyond Yash Exports; he co-founded and directed Ottomate International, contributing further to innovation in the industry. Prior to founding Yash Exports, he served as the CEO Manufacturing and Design Head at Usha International for 16 years, leaving an indelible mark on the manufacturing and design landscape of the company.

Armed with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College and certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt (Level I), Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM), Mr.Sandeep Banka embodies a commitment to excellence and innovation. His extensive experience and leadership continue to propel Yash Exports to new heights of success.
